If you enter by mail, be sure to include which contest you are asking to be entered into.
You may enter only once for each contest. To be eligible for the drawings, entries must be received by midnight Eastern Standard Time, 2 days in advance of the drawing date. Prizes are awarded monthly. Winners are determined by random drawings from all entries received from the idotriathlons.com site and the idotriahtlons.com network of affiliate banners. Trademarks that are used in our promotion are the property of the respective trademark owners. By entering your e-mail address, you have agreed to receive information from idotriathlons.com and affiliated sites.
PRIZES
The prizes and their respective retail values will be described in full on the various offers. The sponsor(s) may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferable. Winners may not choose cash or alternative prizes. Winners will be notified by email within 30 days of the drawing and will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release which must be returned to the designated address within 21 days of the notification attempt. If the winner does not respond within the 30 days, no alternate winner will be chosen. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Entry constitutes permission to post winners' names on the website and the use the winner's name and hometown for purposes of advertising without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
CONDITIONS
The sponsor(s) are not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected or garbled computer transmissions or network, computer, telephone, or electronic failures of any kind including any communications or computer failures or circumstances which effect, disrupt or corrupt the sweepstakes in any manner.
ELIGIBILITY
The contest(s) are open to legal residents of the United States logging on to the Internet from within the United States, 18 or older except employees of sponsor(s), its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers or their immediate families who are active users of the idotriathlons.com free email system and have referred at least one other active user of the free email system. For purposes of the contest, the word “active” will mean someone who sends at least 5 emails per week using the idotriahtlons.com free email system. Residents of the states of New York and Florida are not eligible for prizes valued at more than $5,000 unless otherwise indicated. The odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received. Residents of Puerto Rico are not eligible.

These contest(s) are subject to all applicable laws in the United States. Void where prohibited and in any country except the United States. Sponsor(s) may prohibit entrants from participating in the contest(s) and disqualify entries if they attempt to enter the contest(s) through means not described in the rules, attempt to disrupt the contest(s) or circumvent the rules, act in an unsportsmanlike manner or with an intent to annoy or harass any other entrant or the sponsor(s). All decisions are final.
